Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During sales, festivals, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the order value.

We may also offer free shipping on eligible orders during promotions or above a specified purchase amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and tracking link (where available).

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. All Yours is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and products. We will investigate the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, All Yours ships within India only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
